Shipping Policy:
Please allow three to six weeks delivery time for special orders on handbag items. Items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of order (except weekends and holidays).

Shipping Charges:
The Following shipping charges apply:
$10.00 to $30.00 = $5.00
$31.00 to $60.00 = $9.00
$61.00 to $150.00 = $13.00
up to $499.00 = $20.00
Orders totaling $500 or more are shipped free

Return Policy:
Alicia Nicole proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,  you may return it within 7 days of the merchandise receipt for a full refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in it's original packaging to ensure a refund. Please notify us before shipping your return. We cannot accept any return which bears an indication that it was used.  A 5% credit card processing fee will be applied against the refund order, if applicable.Credit card processing fees will be waived if you chose to exchange your item for other merchandise.
